I’m an engineering leader and people manager with deep expertise in the .NET world. I build teams where people grow, collaborate well and ship enterprise software that lasts.
With 14+ years at Sequel (now Verisk) building insurance software for the Lloyd’s market in London and international markets, I have taken web services, MVC applications and core insurance components from design to production. Today I manage Continuous Delivery for my product, with 3x faster deployments and fewer deployment issues.
My AI background goes back to my research years at the Universidad de Málaga: semantic-web recommendation systems on the European DEDALO project, plus a Master in Software Engineering and Artificial Intelligence. Today I apply it hands-on, building AI agents, multi-agent systems and LLM-powered tooling.

I design and run multi-agent systems for software teams. At work I built a development system of around 12 specialised agents (developer, QA and test automation, product owner, technical writer, market expert and more) coordinated by an orchestrator. Skills encode our development guidelines, test standards (including AI-assisted TDD) and Azure DevOps access, and guardrails based on permission limits and explicit scope keep the output reliable. I also built a release-analysis agent that reviews deployment bugs and release-time KPIs, applies statistical process control across releases, and reports on causes and prevention. I've presented this work to my team and product teams, reaching 5 to 30 people depending on role. Outside work, I run a daily agent pipeline that tracks AI news and frameworks, writes a digest, maintains a knowledge library in a repository, notifies my phone and publishes to a public web app.
